Tervetuloa Vasemmistonuorten Aktiiviviikonloppuun!

Aktiiviviikonloppu järjestetään 13.-15.2. Keski-Suomessa. Paikkoja on rajoitetusti, joten ilmoittaudu mukaan mahdollisimman pian. Vahvistamme paikkasi tammikuun alkupuolella. Ilmoittautumisaikaa on 27.1. asti, tai siihen asti kunnes tapahtuma täyttyy.

 

Viikonloppu on suunnattu työryhmien jäsenille, piirien ja paikallisosastojen puheenjohtajistoille ja hallitusten jäsenille, sekä toimintaryhmien aktiiveille. Viikonlopun aikana perehdytään toiminnan suunnitteluun ja orientoidutaan yhdessä tulevaan vuoteen. Lisäksi työryhmien jäsenet pääsevät tutustumaan työryhmätoiminnan sisältöihin, ja luottamustoimijoiden kanssa paneudutaan hallitustyöskentelyyn. Luvassa myös rentoa yhdessäoloa muiden vanujen kanssa!

 

Tapahtuma on ilmainen, ja siihen kuuluu lattiamajoitus tapahtumapaikalla. Mikäli tarvitset muunlaisen majoituksen esimerkiksi esteettömyyssyistä, ole yhteydessä järjestösuunnittelijaan (yhteystiedot alla). Mikäli et halua majoittua lattiamajoituksessa, voit hankkia oman majoituksesi omakustanteisesti. 

 

Korvaamme tapahtumaan osallistuvien matkakulut halvinta yleistä kulkuneuvoa käyttäen, osallistujille lähetetään lisätietoja matkojen hankkimista varten. Tarjoamme osallistujille viikonlopun aikana vegaaniset ruuat. Tapahtuman tarkemmat tiedot jaetaan osallistujille tammikuussa, mutta jos tarvitset jotain tarkempia tietoja jo nyt, voi olla meihin yhteydessä (yhteystiedot alla).

 

Tilojen esteettömyystiedot:

  • Tiloissa on yksi esteetön wc.
  • Tapahtuma on kolmessa eri kerroksessa, joiden välillä on hissi.
  • Tiloissa on kynnyksiä ja raskaita ovia.
  • Majoitus järjestetään tapahtumarakennuksessa lattiamajoituksena, eikä majoitustiloissa ole esteettömiä suihkuja. Jos tarvitset esteettömyyssyistä muunlaisen majoituksen, ole yhteydessä järjestösuunnittelijaan.

 

Vasemmistonuorten valtakunnallisissa tapahtumissa käytettävissä on tarvittaessa seuraavat apuvälineet ja palvelut:

  • Induktiosilmukka
  • Yleisavustaja
  • Suomen- ja englannin kielen tulkki
  • Suomen- ja ruotsin kielen tulkki
  • Suomen- ja viittomakielen tulkki

Welcome to the Left Youth Aktiiviviikonloppu!

 

Aktiiviviikonloppu will be held February 13-15 in Central Finland. Places are limited, so please register as soon as possible. We will confirm your place in early January.

 

The weekend is aimed at working group members, district and local chairs and board members, and action group (toimintaryhmä) members. During the weekend, we will have training on planning events and activities, and we will orient ourselves together for the coming year. In addition, working group members and local representatives will have specialised training for their roles. There will also be time to hang out and spend time together in a relaxed atmosphere.

 

The event is free and includes floor accommodation at the venue. If you need other accommodation for accessibility reasons, please contact the organisational planner (contact details below). If you do not want to stay in floor accommodation, you can arrange your own accommodation at your own expense. 

 

We will reimburse the travel costs of participants using the cheapest public transport. Participants will be sent additional information to arrange travel. We will offer vegan meals to participants during the weekend. More detailed information about the event will be shared with participants, but if you need any more information already, please contact us (details below).

 

Accessibility information:

  • There is one accessible toilet in the premises.
  • The event is on three different floors, with an elevator between them.
  • The premises have thresholds and heavy doors.
  • Accommodation will be arranged in the event building as floor accommodation, and there are no accessible showers in the accommodation. If you need other accommodation for accessibility reasons, please contact the event planner.

 

The following aids and services are available at national Left Youth events if needed:

  • Induction loop
  • General assistant
  • Finnish and English interpreter
  • Finnish and Swedish interpreter
  • Finnish and sign language interpreter
